I started late to ride my bike because I dedicated my whole life to family, work and music, but I can say that pedaling and being in touch with nature is the perfect analgesic for body and mind. I want to do today, better than yesterday, but without any intention of competition. I am enthusiastically following the activities and progress of my Strava friends.
